Job summary

Groupe Industriel Lachance Inc. in Granby, QC is seeking a skilled machinist to read blueprints, set up production equipment, and operate CNC and conventional machine tools.

You will verify tolerances with precision instruments and ensure parts meet specifications. Ideal candidates have a secondary school diploma or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of related work, and the ability to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in machining or a related role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables.
• Experience with setting up and operating conventional and CNC machine tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and inspecting parts.

Responsibilities
