Job summary

Fen Industrial is seeking a meticulous Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our Brant, ON facility. The role focuses on receiving, identifying, organizing, and cataloguing a large and changing inventory of industrial equipment, automation components, and MRO products.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, can handle part numbers and quantities accurately, and is comfortable with hands-on warehouse work plus basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack and sort incoming inventory.
• Identify parts and components and record part/model numbers.
• Catalogue inventory accurately and label storage locations.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with counts and controls.
• Prepare orders for shipment and verify accuracy before dispatch.
• Create and print shipping labels and handle basic paperwork.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and support other duties as needed.
