Job summary

Wajax is seeking a reliable shop associate to support the service department. You will operate our digitally controlled hone, wash components from the hot tank, locate parts, and help keep the shop clean while following health and safety policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, forklift certification is a plus, 6–12 months of work experience, and some knowledge of mechanics. This on‑site role in Canada offers competitive benefits and an annual incentive bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School; Forklift Certification an asset.
• Work Experience: 6-12 months.
• Knowledge: Some knowledge of mechanics would be essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate our digitally controlled hone (basic math is a requirement).
• Wash and clean all components as they come out of the hot tank.
• Bin locate all components.
• Help in general shop clean up when time permits.
• Operates all company equipment with due care and diligence.
• Supports other business activities as required.
• Understands and adheres to all organizational health and safety policies and procedures and ensures the safety of self and others.
