Qualifications

• 3-year technology college diploma in electronics or related field.
• Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly is an asset.
• Experience performing precision manual work requiring attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision components per work instructions.
• Perform manual assembly with precision and dexterity.
• Identify and resolve circuit board issues to ensure quality.
• Perform circuit board soldering and rework per standards.
• Conduct visual inspections of assembled parts.
• Report defects or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and schedules.
• Maintain consistent pace with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to support production activities.
