Qualifications

• Experience in composite fabrication and fiberglass manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Capable of standing for long periods and handling materials with PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate composite components using fiberglass, resin, carbon fiber, and other materials.
• Prepare molds, surfaces, and materials for layup and fabrication.
• Perform hand layup, laminating, bonding, trimming, and assembly of parts.
• Sand, grind, polish, fill, and finish components to spec.
• Inspect finished products for defects and dimensional accuracy.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and production specs.
• Perform repairs and finishing on damaged components.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production to meet schedules and quality targets.
