Job summary

ATMIS in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, program, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts, reading blueprints and CAD models, and ensuring high quality with GD&T.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD models accurately.
• Proficiency with Fanuc/Okuma/Haas controls.
• SolidWorks proficiency and blueprint reading are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD models.
• Write, modify and troubleshoot CNC programs.
• Use calipers and measurement tools to verify dimensions.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and follow lean principles.
• Follow safety protocols and operate forklifts when required.
