Stubbe’s is seeking a Precast Finishing Laborer – Installation in Harley, ON to complete final finishing on precast components. You’ll patch concrete surfaces, caulk panels and joints, and work with the Finishing Supervisor to meet quality and safety standards.

This full-time role involves outdoor, physical work, travel to job sites when needed, and using manlifts, swing stages and scaffolding. Training and growth opportunities are offered, along with benefits and PPE allowance.

Precast Finishing Laborer – Installation

Stubbe’s is a family-owned company with more than 40 years of experience. You’ll work with the Finishing Supervisor and your team to make sure installed precast components look their best and meet our quality and safety standards.

What will you be doing?

Patch concrete surfaces and apply caulking to panels and joints.

Complete fire caulking and other finishing work on site.

Check your work to make sure it meets project requirements.

Safely use manlifts, swing stages, scaffolding, and other equipment.

Pitch in with the team to keep the job moving safely.
