Summary of Position

Kinsley Materials is seeking a Precast Dispatcher / Truck Driver to join our team. This dual role includes coordinating deliveries, assisting with dispatch operations and driving precast trucks. The successful candidate must possess a valid CDL A license and have experience with operating forklifts to load and unload trucks in a yard environment.

Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Dispatcher

  • Maintain accurate logs and delivery records.
  • Coordinate with operations to dispatch trucks and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with precast team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide administrative support to the general superintendent.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Truck Driver

  • Safely operate and drive precast trucks for deliveries and pickups.
  • Load and unload materials using a forklift in the yard.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on trucks and forklifts.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Experience & Education

  • Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new software systems.
  • Experience operating forklifts; certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for dispatch coordination.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials as required.
  • Commitment to safety, punctuality, and reliability.
