Responsibilities

Revolution is seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual for the position of Reprocessing Material Handler. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our production process and will be dedicated to achieving goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply reprocessing production lines with necessary raw materials.
2. Verify that raw materials and scrap align with job sheets by checking tags and numbers.
3. Manage the upkeep of trash, cardboard, water dumpsters, skids, and gaylords throughout the shift.
4. Inspect source rows for remaining scrap at the end of each job.
5. Obtain and maintain forklift certification, ensuring no damage to equipment or property, and accurately document forklift, attachments, forks, and carpet pole usage at the start of each shift.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Adhere to safe operating procedures and posting requirements at all times.
8. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated by the supervisor and follow lock-out/tag-out protocols.
9. Complete tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
2. Proficient in reading and writing.
3. Minimum one year of experience in an industrial setting.
4. Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
5. Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
6. Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours during a shift.
