Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Mississauga/Ottawa region seeks a Solutions Engineer focused on high-speed digital and optical technologies. You will work with Field Sales to understand customer challenges, demonstrate Solutions, and enable success. This is a field role requiring travel with test equipment and a driver’s license.

You will translate requirements into solution architectures, deliver on-site demos, and contribute to product feedback through close collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering by summer 2027; MS preferred.
• Strong understanding of high-speed digital measurement and/or optical interfaces.
• Continuous learning mindset.
• Proficiency in C#, C, Python, and/or MATLAB.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Field job with ability to drive company vehicle and transport test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in high-speed digital and optical products.
• Translate customer requirements into solutions using Keysight hardware and software.
• Plan and deliver complex demonstrations at customer sites.
• Create technical presentations and demos for seminars, on-site events, and trade shows.
• Act as customer voice to influence product design and development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across account management, marketing, R&D, and services.
