Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Prescription Leader to drive and lead prescription for large and complex project opportunities in the Heavy Industries (HI) Segment (Energy & Chemical, MMM sectors) during the FEED/Pre-FEED stages.

What will you do?

  1. Master and grow a few large, complex, and/or international projects business for global accounts and targeted customers.
  2. Deploy HI Segment value proposition, invest in prescription phase & improve Ecosystem knowledge, increase the value from a customer point of view: Green Initiatives and Decarbonization.
  3. Build the strategy for success technical solution (successful offer and architecture) and execution model.
  4. Lead prescription strategy aligned with HI Segment Strategic Initiatives. Schedule prescription training events for customers.
  5. Actively develop increased thought leadership by defining a clear deliverable roadmap which reinforces and improves HI Segment visibility in Industry. The roadmap should include a list of deliverables by type (Recommended design, white papers, case studies, blog, digital tool, technical guide, webinar....)
  6. Increase the Pipeline with Opportunity Detection - Regular analysis and project follow-up in GWI / IRR with Zones & Process Automation & support Operations prescribing to consultancies in HI Segment when specific stimuli occur (NAM, MEA, Asia, Europe, SAM).

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • University degree in engineering
  • 7-10 years of experience in industrial/process automation
  • Experience in the Energy & Chemical or MMM sector, with knowledge of key subsegments and key actors across the industry supply chain (End Users, EPCs, Consulting Engineers, Panel Builders, System Integrators)
  • Strong communication & leadership skills, effective in a cross-cultural environment to foster collaboration towards a common goal
  • Ability to understand and apply industry/market knowledge (macro drivers, significant trends, strategic direction) in client communication and dialog
  • Ability to understand, influence & convince different stakeholders in a complex matrix-driven organization
  • Remote project team management is a plus
