Burrard Acura - Pre-Owned Sales Manager
  • Assist with creating and maintaining a team environment throughout the dealership, promoting a culture of cooperation and collaboration to achieve common goals.
  • Lead daily and monthly sales meetings as required.
  • Ensure customers receive an unmatched ownership experience by actively engaging in all sales inquiries and executing effective sales practices, including personal interaction with each guest. Meet guests early in the sales process and communicate directions to sales consultants.
  • Build ongoing relationships with customers, resolve dealership-related issues, and make management customer call backs to maximize closing ratios.
  • Oversee inventory coordination, vehicle display, and showroom cleanliness with proper pricing.
  • Appraise and evaluate the retail potential of vehicles, staying attuned to resale markets locally and nationally.
  • Maintain updates of pre-owned inventory listings on platforms like Auto Trader and Motor Trader.
  • Recruit, train, coach, develop, and motivate the team, setting individual goals and achieving departmental targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your local manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive results.
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Broad product knowledge and experience in vehicle appraisals across makes.
  • Valid VSA license.
