Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As a Pre-Owned Car Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by fulfilling all documentation requirements for transactions, auctions, administrative tasks, and ownership transfers of vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing excellent Kenny U-Pull customer service and assisting our sales teams.

What you're responsible for:

1. Ensuring all inventory is test driven and information sheets are complete on each vehicle for sale
2. Completing car sales checklist for each vehicle listed
3. Updating website with available inventory for sale
4. Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed
5. Preparing inventory for weekly auctions
6. Greeting customers, helping answer questions and advising while providing excellent customer service
7. Completing all Service Ontario/SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownerships
8. Working with sales team as needed and any call to action from Branch Manager
9. Providing consistent communication with Branch Manager and Car Sales Manager

Qualifications

1. You have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales
2. You have your OMVIC certification or are willing to obtain
3. You have excellent communication and customer service skills
4. You are able to work independently and in a team environment
5. You are task oriented and able to solve problems
