Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Practice Management and Operations Coordinator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Decision-Making and Project Management:
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing various administrative tasks.
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
Reporting:
- Support FinCrime monthly and quarterly Business Review.
- Support monthly R&Q Review.
- Manage DRC Access Tracker and monthly reporting.
Resource Management:
- Work closely with the resource manager to ensure proper staffing and identify gaps.
- Manage monthly financial budget/actuals tracker.
- Monthly reporting and tracking invoices.
Other Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage hire and headcount process and on/offboard process.
- Manage monthly team meetings and lead management weekly meetings.
- Oversee client showcase management and FC offshore hire process.
- Liaise with PwC India and AC’s to request resources.
- Track headcount and manage the IFA process.
- Manage onboarding activities in line with requirements (training, etc.).
- Support CaaS and TPL with IC contract updates.
- Provide proposal support and Salesforce pipeline/sales reporting.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve:
- Experience with project management, preferably with a PMP designation, indicating strong organizational skills.
- Background in event coordination or planning, demonstrating the ability to organize and manage events is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to self-organize, self-regulate, and drive tasks to completion without constant supervision.
- Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and coordinating with senior team members.
- Engagement in a digital world and continual development of technical depth and breadth.
- Demonstration of global and cultural curiosity.
- Ability to work effectively in different environments and leverage the power of the PwC network.
- Strong communication skills to build meaningful and authentic relationships.
- Ability to lead self and others, being purpose-led and values-driven.
- Understanding of how business works and how it is rapidly changing.
- Demonstration of analytical thinking and development of business to create sustainable value.
