Practice Development Nurse

Dream Medical are working with a Private Hospital in Oxford and are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Development Nurse to join our team. Working at the bedside you will support and develop new members of the nursing and support teams and AHP's, assisting with their induction, competency-based assessments, and ongoing professional development. You will also mentor student nurses and support those returning to practice.
We are looking for a nurse to start on a locum basis and then to be moved onto a permanent contract after 3 months. You will need an Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year and up-to-date BLS & Safeguarding training.

Duties will include promoting high standards of care and promoting professional development. You will be a trained mentor with a qualification in Teaching and Assessment and experience in a senior nursing role.

2. NMC Pin & Registration
3. Teaching & Assessing qualification
4. Senior Nurse & Mentoring experience
