Our client, a highly regarded Bay Street law firm, is looking to add a Practice Counsel to support its M&A and Capital Markets groups in a high-impact and strategic role.

Responsibilities include analyzing and sharing market developments and trends, developing and maintaining internal resources and precedents, collaborating with and acting as a key resource to lawyers on technology-driven solutions and the use of AI, providing day-to-day practice subject matter expertise on complex legal issues, teaching CLE programs, and supporting business development initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to add your sophisticated expertise and thought leadership to a collaborative and top-tier team, to shape the knowledge infrastructure of a leading M&A and capital markets practice.
