Overview

The College of New Caledonia is looking for a part time nursing faculty member to instruct in the Practical Nursing Program. The candidate will be involved in delivering theory, lab and clinical based experiences.

Deliver theory, lab and clinical instruction in the Practical Nursing Program. Promote a positive work atmosphere and communicate in a professional manner that demonstrates mutual respect with students and colleagues. Act as part of a team contributing to and accomplishing the vision, mission, and goals of CNC and supporting the aspirations and needs of learners and communities.

Qualifications

• RN with a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years clinical practice experience
• A Master’s degree or partial completion is an asset
• A combination of equivalent experience and education will be considered
• Recent teaching experience
• Current membership or eligibility for membership in BCCNM
