• Prepare and implement instructional strategies and learning modules using approved curriculum.
• Utilize technology to advance teaching and learning.
• Establish student performance objectives and evaluation methods.
• Administer various assessments.
• Meet with students regularly to gauge progress.
• Set a professional example and communicate effectively to provide a safe learning environment.
• Maintain classroom discipline percollege policies.
• Identify and resolve learning gaps.
• Provide academic advising to students.
• Participate in professional development and accreditation activities.
