The Opportunity:

As the PR & Influencer Marketing Co-op, you are responsible for public relations and influencer support for Sunwing, plus supporting with partnership and CSR opportunities as required. The ideal candidate will work hard, consistently meet deadlines, bring forward creative ideas and engage with the team in a meaningful way that supports our day-to-day work and passionate culture. The position reports to the PR & Influencer Marketing Manager and willbe located inToronto, ON.

What You'll Do:

• Support with day-to-day public relations and influencer marketing assignments
• Create media and influencer travel itineraries and media fact sheets, mediakits
• Work with internal stakeholders on corporate partnership opportunities and new influencer partnerships ideas to support ongoingcampaigns
• Participate in team brainstormingsessions

• Track and create reports for consumer/trade media and influencers through the clip tracking tool and on socialmedia
• Aid the communications team with coordination and execution of various events, including photoshoots, CSR donations, media visits, influencer events, etc.
• Provide additional communications support to communications/PR team asrequired

What You'll Need:

• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Must be organized and effectively manage deadlinesto ensure on-time delivery and accuracy ofreporting
• Must be detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be adaptable and ready to work on multiple projects at atime
• Must be proficient in Office 360, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience withCisionor Notified is an asset but notrequired
• Looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like experience in all areas ofPR
• Interest in travel and influencer marketing is anasset
