Job Description: PR 201: Communications Tools and Techniques- Online Delivery - Winter 2026 Term

We are seeking a sessional lecturer for the course PR 201: Communications Tools and Techniques, to be delivered online in the Winter 2026 Term.

The course will outline the Public Relations tool kit and provide an understanding of which techniques are appropriate in specific situations.

Position Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications preferred.
  • Accreditation with CPRS and/or IABC an asset.
  • Online teaching experience and a familiarity with UR Courses an asset.

Candidates should include a cover letter, current curriculum vitae, and a teaching dossier with their application. The teaching dossier should contain a statement of your teaching philosophy and previous student evaluations (if any).
