The role:

As a PPM Data Analytics & Power BI Specialist, you will extract, analyze, and visualize data from Clarity PPM and other sources to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into project performance, resource utilization, and portfolio management. Your responsibilities include designing BI dashboards and reports that enhance business and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams across the bank to understand their reporting needs and deliver comprehensive Power BI solutions that meet quality standards.

What will you do?
  1. Data Modeling and Transformation: Extract data from Clarity PPM and other sources, clean, process, and analyze it to identify trends and KPIs. Design robust data models.
  2. Dashboard and Report Development: Create and maintain visually appealing, intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing real-time insights into project statuses, resource utilization, budget variances, and other key metrics.
  3. Data Integration & Building Solutions: Integrate data from multiple systems to offer a comprehensive view of project and portfolio performance. Build solutions aligned with stakeholder requirements.
  4. Performance Optimization: Optimize BI reports and queries for speed and efficiency, especially with large data volumes.
  5. Data Quality: Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in dashboards and reports.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, analysts, and senior leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and set expectations.
  7. Documentation and Training: Document BI solutions thoroughly and provide user training and support for effective utilization.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Power BI developer and data engineer, preferably in financial services.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Clarity PPM, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data modeling, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of project management, financial processes, and data analysis.
  • Proven experience developing enterprise dashboards with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics, risk principles, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and relevant certifications.
