Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred).
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

About Us:

Velma Design is a dynamic and growing company specializing in premium automotive protection products and services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PPF Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, BC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our Paint Protection Film (PPF) and window tinting products and services
• Develop and expand a strong client base through proactive outreach
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Gather and report market and customer feedback to support marketing and service improvements
• Create and maintain detailed sales and business reports
• Assist with market research and business planning
• Analyze after-sales data to improve service and outreach strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Cantonese and Mandarin are strong assets)
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license and clean driving abstract
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner with attention to detail
• Capable of producing professional reports and contributing to strategic planning
• Solid understanding of car brands, models, and vehicle components
