We are seeking a PPC Marketing Manager – AI-Driven Campaigns to design and execute innovative performance marketing strategies. This role will lead automation workflows, develop custom GPT-based tools, and implement scripting solutions to optimize paid search campaigns, utilizing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation workflows for campaign management, bid strategies, and audience targeting using tools like n8n, ChatGPT, custom GPTs, and Python.
  2. Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platforms.
  3. Apply AI solutions to automate and improve campaign performance, budget management, keyword optimization, and reporting.
  4. Prototype quickly and iterate rapidly—delivering working automation MVPs within days.
  5. Enhance internal tooling by standardizing and evolving reusable automation libraries and GPTs.

Qualifications:

  1. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid search, PPC, or digital marketing campaign management.
  2. Experience building workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Retool, or similar.
  3. Deep knowledge of generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and prompt engineering.
  4. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major ad platforms.
  5. Experience integrating multiple systems (Google Ads, Slack, Looker) into cohesive workflows.
  6. Comfort with scripting, API calls, or working with low-code platforms.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  8. A mindset geared towards experimentation, velocity, and continuous improvement.
