Job summary

Ledcor in Ontario is seeking a Project Manager to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, deliver projects on time and within budget, and develop execution strategies for large powerline construction initiatives. You will estimate new projects, coordinate resources, manage schedules, oversee safety and quality, and lead the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers across sites in Ontario.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in powerline or related utilities/construction.
• 3+ years estimating powerline projects.
• Experience as Project Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction docs, drawings, specs, and costs.
• Excellent negotiation, planning and multi-priority management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution across Ontario sites.
• Develop execution strategy and coordinate resources to meet milestones.
• Estimate pursuit and manage bid packages, and verify costs.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules with project teams.
• Ensure safety, quality control and compliance with PSSP.
• Monitor finances, forecasts and billings; report progress.
