We are seeking a Power BI Developer to build BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge. The ideal candidate should have business understanding, problem-solving skills, and experience with data and business analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with experience with Tabular Editor.

Power BI Responsibilities

• Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights via dashboards, reports, and metrics in Power BI.
• Rebuild existing dashboards into more dynamic and meaningful visualizations and develop new visuals.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and write detailed business requirements.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completion.
• Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, and conduct in-depth analysis.
• Use Power BI to run DAX queries and functions.
• Create charts and document data algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships.
• Use SQL queries to optimize results.
• Utilize filters and visualizations to enhance data understanding.
• Gather data from various sources (Excel, API, webhooks, databases, etc.) for storage or further processing.

Power BI Requirements & Skills

• Extensive experience in Power BI.
• Prior experience in data-related tasks.
• Understanding of the Microsoft BI Stack.
• Mastery in data analytics.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, such as Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX.
• Analytical thinking for converting data into relevant reports and graphics.
