The Role

As our Power Washing Crew Lead , you'll lead residential and light commercial exterior cleaning jobs, helping deliver excellent results while creating a smooth, professional experience for customers. You'll take ownership of jobsite setup, execution, communication, and follow-through, while helping uphold and improve the systems and standards that drive our work.

This role is ideal for someone who is already comfortable leading jobs or is ready to step into leadership quickly.
