Harbor Painting Co. is seeking a Painting Crew Leader / Working Foreman in Newmarket, Ontario. This hands-on leadership role guides a small crew, maintains quality, safety, and client satisfaction on residential projects.

You’ll lead by example, manage time and budgets, and mentor team members while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of painting experience; crew leadership is a strong asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew of painters on residential job sites.
• Actively paint and assist with prep, spraying, cutting, and rolling.
• Oversee job timelines, quality control, and daily site tasks.
• Maintain positive, professional interactions with clients.

As a Painting Crew Leader / Working Foreman , you are more than a site lead. You are a mentor, a team builder, and a top-tier painter. You'll run job sites, communicate with homeowners, and lead by example while maintaining quality, safety, and professionalism.

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
• Full-time position
• Earning potential of CA$65,000 to CA$95,000 annually
