Eaton's Electrical Sector, Americas Power Controls Systems (PCS) division is offering a 12-month Power Systems Engineering Intern position at our Delta, BC site. You will work on power system studies, arc flash analysis, and protection design alongside registered Professional Engineers, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.

The role starts January 4, 2027 and pays an hourly range of CAD 22.00–26.00.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering degree program, preferably 3rd or 4th year focused on power systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide applied engineering in power system studies, including power system analysis.
• Perform short circuit, overcurrent coordination, load flow, power quality and arc flash analyses.
• Review project specs and single line diagrams; assist with BOMs.
• Prepare data requests and follow up as required.
• Assist with substation and protection & control design tasks.
• Manage paperwork and office procedures.
• Uphold Eaton's safety, environmental standards and values.
