The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) is seeking a Power Reactor Site Inspector to work primarily at the Bruce Nuclear site, providing regulatory oversight and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. The Bruce Site Office is the designated work location and is approximately 10 km outside of Tiverton, Ontario. Physical onsite presence at the Bruce Site Office will be required 3 to 4 days per week. Applicants should live in an area where they can easily commute to the Bruce Site Office.

Reporting to the Power Reactor Site Office Supervisor (PRSOS), the Power Reactor Site Inspector works primarily at the nuclear site to provide regulatory oversight and conduct inspections on the operation and state of the Bruce Nuclear Power Generating Station and to ensure that the facility and its operators are in compliance with the Nuclear Safety and Control Act, Regulations, License and License Condition Handbook.
Education: Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with specialization in Science or Engineering or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
