Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a seasoned Power Platform specialist to lead the design, development, and security of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions in a large enterprise setting.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, hands-on development, and strong stakeholder management. This fully in-office Toronto position offers collaboration with Microsoft on training and initiatives.

• Design, develop, and secure Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage expectations within large programs.
• Assist with administration and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
• Collaborate with Microsoft on training, hackathons, and support initiatives.

Work Model: Fully In-Office (5 days/week)

Experience Required: 8–10 years

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and CDS.
• Strong applied knowledge of Power Platform services with an in-depth understanding of capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
• In-depth knowledge of Dataverse (CDS) capabilities.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365), Dynamics 365 (D365), and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Experience in pre-sales activities for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience in administration and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders within large programs.

Additional Skills

• Experience implementing or upgrading applications to Power Apps.
• Contribute as a developer in new programs and initiatives.
• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess platform fitment against business requirements.
• Engage with Microsoft on training, hackathons, and support initiatives.
