Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join an application development team focused on building digital solutions, applications, and automations that support business users, agents, and managers.

This is a highly hands-on development role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Advanced Power Apps development experience.
• Strong Power Automate experience building workflows and automations.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong SQL coding skills and experience with data sources.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
• Owns development lifecycle from requirements through release and production support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing applications and automations.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical partners.
• Banking experience and enterprise-scale automation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions end-to-end.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical specifications.

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join an application development team focused on building digital solutions, applications, and automations that support business users, agents, and managers.

This is a highly hands-on development role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI. The developer will also work with SQL and underlying data sources to support application functionality, automation, and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate is a senior developer who can work independently and partner closely with business stakeholders. This person will gather and translate business requirements, perform the actual development, troubleshoot issues, and manage solutions through release into production.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
• Advanced Power Apps development experience
• Strong Power Automate experience building workflows and automations
• Experience with Copilot Studio
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Strong SQL coding skills and experience working with data sources

• Experience owning the development lifecycle from requirements through development, testing, release, and production support
