Overview
Our Fortune 100 healthcare client is seeking a Senior Power Platform & D365 Developer with deep technical expertise and a track record of implementing enterprise-scale solutions. This role will focus on architecting, developing, and optimizing Power Platform and D365 applications that enable business-critical operations across a highly regulated, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, customization, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and Power Platform solutions across enterprise environments.
- Partner with business stakeholders and solution architects to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performing applications.
- Develop advanced Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards with enterprise-grade governance.
- Create and extend custom plug-ins, workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Azure services.
- Optimize D365 and Power Platform environments for performance, security, and compliance in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide best practices around solution design, coding standards, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- Support enterprise rollouts by troubleshooting critical issues, ensuring seamless adoption, and maintaining system stability.
- Stay current on Microsoft technology roadmap and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Proven experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM in enterprise or Fortune 500 environments.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, and web APIs for system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.).
- Expertise in ALM practices (DevOps pipelines, solution management, CI/CD for Power Platform).
- Ability to work in a hybrid, highly collaborative environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline required; advanced degree or Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, MB-600) strongly.
