Job summary

MNP, a leading consulting firm, is strengthening its Digital Solutions team with a Consultant for the Microsoft Power Platform in Markham, Ontario. This hands-on role blends design, discovery and delivery as you craft Dataverse models, model-driven apps, flows and Power Pages for client solutions.

You will work closely with clients and colleagues to translate goals into practical designs, validate options, and deliver enterprise-grade outcomes while continuously learning and sharing knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 solutions, with hands-on Dataverse and model-driven apps.
• Experience creating and troubleshooting Power Automate cloud flows.
• Basic AI literacy: understanding generative AI capabilities and safe usage.
• Strong design mindset to translate user needs into intuitive solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and learning skills in a consulting context.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deliver Power Platform solutions using structured Dataverse data models and model-driven apps.
• Build and troubleshoot Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, integrations and processes; contribute to Power Pages experiences.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and translate them into priorities, requirements and designs.
• Produce delivery artefacts and prototype early for client validation and decision making.
• Configure before customizing; collaborate with BAs, developers, architects, designers, PMs and client teams.
• Support across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and training; investigate defects and root causes.
• Apply Agile practices and Azure DevOps to manage requirements and progress; ensure security, accessibility and quality.
• Share learning and reusable patterns to improve team delivery.
