Job summary
Mariner Innovations is seeking experienced Power Platform Consultants for potential opportunities in Halifax and across Canada. You will design, develop, and optimize business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to drive digital transformation and operational excellence for clients.
Successful candidates may be considered for future hybrid or remote engagements collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, or related professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-driven).
- Experience in Power Automate workflows (cloud and desktop).
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 services and integrating third-party applications.
- Experience in Azure and Dataverse Configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the utilities industry is an asset.
- Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, and SAFe are assets.
Responsibilities
- Build custom Power Apps tailored to specific business needs.
- Design and manage workflows using Power Automate.
- Automate with custom connectors and Copilot Studio.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and third-party tools.
- Provide troubleshooting, support, and end-user training.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.

As a Power Platform Consultant, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to design, develop, and optimize business solutions that drive digital transformation and operational excellence for our clients. Successful candidates may be considered for future hybrid or remote opportunities that involve collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver impactful, business-focused solutions.
