As a Power+ Graduate, you will rotate every six months across at least two business units, completing three rotations while exploring diverse sites across Canada and potentially an international rotation. This role emphasizes learning, leadership, and collaboration within a dynamic, technically advanced environment.

Qualifications

• STEM background preferred, but not required.
• Be a recent university graduate (within past 2 years).
• Be willing to relocate for 3 rotations across Canada.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred.
• Good communication skills – oral and written.
• Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest.
• Team player who is flexible and open for new ideas.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
