Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains computerized building automated systems and controls to achieve desired results.
• Performs preventative maintenance on building automation components and related parts.
• Responds to service calls and emergency repairs as required.
• Monitors automation data to ensure HVAC and equipment operate correctly.
• Operates boilers, chillers and related systems; adjusts controls as needed.
• Tests and maintains auxiliary power generators and related equipment.
• Reviews log sheets and records readings to identify abnormalities.
• Performs boiler system analyses including combustion and water treatment.
• Assigns tasks to staff and provides training as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
