Power Engineer

Bridge Facility Services Ltd is growing again. We provide temporary and permanent building operators to commercial, retail, and industrial landlords, managers, and owners throughout GVRD and South Vancouver Island. Many of our staff have transitioned to full-time roles with our clients.

We are looking to fill the role of a certified TSBC Power Engineer ASAP for a facility in downtown Vancouver.

Position details:

• Permanent, full-time position with a reputable client
• 4, 10-hour shifts including weekends, schedule to be discussed
• Shift types: Day shift, rotating night shifts (2 nights every 4 weeks)

Requirements:

• TSBC Power Engineer certification
• Willingness to follow directions from clients and management
• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, DDC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical work
• Proficiency with smartphones, email, text, and work order platforms
• Basic mechanical skills, building operator experience, and common sense
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tenants, clients, and management

Job details:

• Location: Vancouver, BC (On-site)
• Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
• Terms: Full-time
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Vacancies: 1
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
