Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Mississauga is seeking a Power BU Admin Student to support campus operations with a hands-on, collaborative team. You will assist with event coordination, vendor invites, document handling, and proposal support.

You must be enrolled in a college diploma program. Compensation ranges from CAD 22.00 to 25.00 per hour, with potential for growth and exposure to projects across mining, energy and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Preparing invites, coordinating with vendors, ordering food, recording and uploading video.
• Helping event strategy managers with administrative support in preparing for conferences.
• Supporting Nuclear with QMS email notifications and uploading documents.
• Supporting and organizing Power BU proposal SharePoint site with collecting and updating information to capture our most recent information in our capability sheets, CVs and any other materials required to support proposals.
• Formatting and helping with minor documentation such as CVs, providing support to the proposal team.
• Other administrative tasks as required

As the successful candidate, you will:

Compensation:
