Job summary

Dollarama in Montreal seeks a Business Data Analyst within the Project Management Office to bridge business needs and IT, focusing on analytical products and system implementations. You will gather requirements from Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and Logistics and design Power BI solutions.

You will contribute to BI governance, data quality, and reporting; build Power BI data models, train users, and support cross-functional projects through the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of BI experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of advanced Power BI development.
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in English and French communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture analytics or business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for IT.
• Create Power BI reports and data models.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security.
• Develop BI templates and standardized reports.
• Support dashboards and user training.
• Assist PMO on system implementation projects.
