Employment Type : Permanent

Team and Job Overview

The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group, led by the Chief Information Officer, aims to empower customers and colleagues with secure, reliable digital experiences. The team defines technology targets, maintains a rolling 3-year digital roadmap, and leads integrated digital, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives to support IT service delivery and user experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with Infrastructure & Operations teams to gather, validate, and consolidate data for service performance reporting.
• Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports using Power BI, ServiceNow, Excel, and related tools tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems) for a unified view of IT performance.
• Analyze service performance and user experience data to identify trends, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement across IT teams.
• Develop and deliver tailored reporting solutions that align with business objectives and promote data-driven decision making.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and guide users on reporting tools and metrics.
• Provide insights that support outcome-driven service improvements and enhance the user experience.
• Produce and maintain standard service performance reports and documentation for internal stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Reporting Analyst in an IT organization.
• Experience in a similar role with medium or large financial institutions.
• Power BI: minimum 4 years’ experience developing Power BI dashboards; strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and the Power BI ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Power BI and ServiceNow Performance Analytics; experience with data integration from SQL Server, Excel, and enterprise IT systems.
• ITSM knowledge (e.g., ITIL) and observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces); ability to support monitoring and performance analysis.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights for service improvement.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to bridge technical and business needs.
• Adaptability and business acumen to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Power BI, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications.
• Familiarity with data governance and CMDBs.
• Knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure reporting.
• Experience with automation tools or scripting for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience developing forward-thinking success metrics for a digital organization.
• ITIL, Agile, and / or Lean certifications.
• Bilingual in French and English.
