Supporting Cascade’s accounts located in Ontario and Western Canada, you can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Packaging sector as the Poultry Packaging Strategic Accounts – Western Canada Sales Representative:

  1. Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new business accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth
  2. Grow revenues and execute business plans to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your market
  3. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence, adjust strategies, and update customer profiles and needs data
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across all levels of their organization to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability
  5. Support contract creation and negotiation for accounts, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and margin ranges
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasting, manage account plans, and utilize CRM to facilitate integration and a coherent customer approach among business units
  7. Understand Cascades' offerings, identify cross-selling opportunities, and serve as a market expert to promote a positive company image and cultivate long-term customer relationships
  8. Execute administrative tasks including managing customer data in SAP, conducting cold calls, and maintaining accurate records to support sales activities and enhance customer engagement

  • Effective communicator, adept at presenting solutions and maintaining superior market knowledge
  • Skilled negotiator and influencer with strong networking abilities, capable of identifying and securing opportunities
