Supporting Cascade’s accounts in Ontario and Western Canada, you will have the opportunity to develop your full potential within the Packaging sector as the Poultry Packaging Senior Sales Representative:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new business accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth
• Grow revenues and execute business plans to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence, adjust strategies, and update customer profiles and needs data
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability
• Support contract creation and negotiation, ensuring alignment with guidelines and margin ranges
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage account plans, and utilize CRM tools for customer engagement
• Understand Cascades' offerings, identify cross-selling opportunities, and serve as a market expert to promote the company's image and cultivate long-term relationships
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing customer data in SAP, conducting cold calls, and maintaining records
