Job summary

SinaLite is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to operate and set up the Totani Pouch Machine for flexible packaging. The role requires coordination with the production team to meet schedules, monitor quality, and document activity throughout shifts.

Candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance, follow OHSA/SQF/GMP standards, and assist with digital press operations and hand assembly as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating pouch machines and setting up for production.
• Follows OHSA, SQF and GMP safety standards.
• Maintains accurate production records and logs.
• Coordinates with team to meet schedules and changes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and adjust the Totani Pouch Machine to produce flexible packaging according to job specifications.
• Coordinate with the Production Team and Print Supervisor to meet production schedules and changing deadlines.
• Monitor production quality, perform inspections, and make machine adjustments to ensure consistent output.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major equipment problems.
• Follow OHSA, SQF, and GMP safety, quality, and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Complete production documentation, work orders, and activity logs accurately.
• Assist with digital press operations, hand assembly, packaging, and order completion as required.
• Support and guide packers during production while ensuring safe work practices are followed.
• Maintain equipment, prepare machine setups, and ensure efficient operation throughout production runs.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Print Supervisor.

Compensation - $20-$25
