Postdoctoral Researcher (Chemistry) - AI Trainer

We are looking for an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• Current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in Chemistry or related fields such as Formulation Science, Development Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Process Development Chemistry (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry and reasoning skills, including inductive/deductive and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
