We are seeking a chemistry professional to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications include a strong understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You can choose your projects and work on your schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ per hour, paid via PayPal, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields are preferred but not required.
