The postal counter manager must ensure postal services for customers by offering high-quality customer service, being attentive to their needs, and responding effectively to their requests.

Responsibilities :

• Provide exemplary customer service
• Advise customers on the different services offered by Canada Post
• Sort mail
• Manage mail returns
• Perform customer transactions
• Maintain the cleanliness of the postal counter

Requisite skills and knowledge :

• Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) - Completed
• 6 to 12 months of similar experience
• Responsible and dynamic
• Good knowledge of both French and English
