Job summary

Canada Post in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Retail Counter Clerk for a temporary role in our retail outlet. You will deliver excellent service to customers, handle sales transactions, and provide product knowledge across postal services.

The position requires English, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to operate a computerized POS system while maintaining displays and stock. Previous retail or customer‑service experience is preferred.

• Receive, sort and sequence mail items
• Be able to exercise physical effort in the handling of mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds)
• Maintain floor displays
• Conduct Merchandizing and Inventory Control
