We are seeking a Post Trade Support (Fixed Income) in Montreal to work for our client in the financial services sector. This role is initially for 12 months and will be hybrid, requiring presence in the Montreal office 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Providing functional and technical support around relevant systems to users worldwide.
• Ensuring platform administration in relation to system providers, both internal and external.
• Dealing with STP (straight through processing) issues.
• Managing customer relations with internal and external system users.
• Developing good relations with the business (FO, MO / Risk, BO), maintaining relationships with third parties, and managing / assisting team members (business or technical analysts).
• Liaising with users and developers.
• Handling releases autonomously.
• Building project plans and assisting in the completion and timely delivery of projects.
• Participating in testing, including writing test scripts for new releases.

About You :

• Experience with Front Office, Bonds, and Rates.
• At least 5 years of experience as an L1 / L2 support in a bank, or in production / support roles.
• Experience as a Production Support Analyst.
• Proficiency in L2 Application Support.
• Knowledge of SQL and Windows environments.
