Summary: Responsible for organizing and delivering full-service retail postal services, including courier items, postal boxes, money transfers, and call-in parcels, to Shoppers Drug Mart customers, aiming to maximize department revenue and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, ensuring Post Office staff demonstrate our CORE Values.
  • Conduct interviews and recommend final candidates for hiring.
  • Ensure Post Office cashiers comply with all Store Standards.
  • Train employees in job functions and provide ongoing coaching and instructions.
  • Assist with performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff in conjunction with the FSM.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure employees present a proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy.

Loss Prevention:

  • Implement loss prevention systems and procedures according to Standards.
  • Adhere to procedures regarding parcel checks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions when dealing with customer requests.
  • Ask the right questions to lead to appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to act upon tasks and goals outlined by management.
