Position Overview

The Chef de Cuisine at the Post Hotel & Spa is the operational cornerstone of the culinary department. This role demands a combination of culinary expertise, operational efficiency, and strong leadership to maintain the hotel's Relais & Châteaux standards.

Culinary Operations Management
  • Execute culinary vision, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional quality across all dishes and outlets.

Menu Implementation and Refinement
  • Implement new menu items and seasonal changes.
